Are you dealing with dissociation, maybe even DID (dissociative identity disorder), and need someone who truly understands?
DID Mentor Joel Onstenk-Lamberts MSc
50 years of personal DID experience
… for when trauma and dissociation require extra support
Therapists are very valuable - and in many cases even necessary - for healing. However, when it comes to trauma, dissociation, and especially DID-related matters, they fairly often do not have all that much experience. I do, and can offer you understanding, guidance, and support (supplementing any treatment you may receive) via email, chat, and (video) call. My hourly rate is just €45, or about £39 / US$50 when using Wise. You will be free to reach out to me at any time!
Dutch/Nederlands:
Ook als je Nederlands spreekt kan je prima bij mij terecht voor steun bij DIS (dissociatieve identiteitsstoornis) of andere vormen van traumagerelateerde dissociatie.
About Joel
Joel grew up in the Netherlands in a seemingly normal family. However, starting from childhood he suffered from DID (dissociative identity disorder) for 50 years. For many of those years, his covert system of multiple personalities/identities was not only unknown to the people around him, but also to himself. During that time, Joel's main (host) personality lived as a student, (system design) engineer, husband, and father while often being helped by his alternate personalities (alters). Well over a decade ago, he discovered these alters with his wife, who is now educated in psychological trauma and counseling. Together, they went on a journey to build close relationships with the alters and discover the childhood trauma that had brought them about. Along the way, Joel learned a great deal about (structural) dissociation and was able to help his wife in effectively dealing with her own BPD/CPTSD/OSDD(PDID). Nowadays, Joel's alters (of different perceived genders and ages) are successfully fused into a single, complete personality. Joel is currently studying the diverse effects of trauma, and he uses his experience, insight and analytical mindset to support others struggling with DID or related forms of dissociation.

Sadly, DID-related online communities tend to be problematic for many reasons - such as various forms of social pressure. If you aren't mentally strong, and chances are you aren't, it may be better to stay clear of them. You may be better off talking to true friends and educating yourself using trustworthy sources (feel free to ask me for suggestions). In any case, take care.
